As an Indian yoga instructor, I believe yoga is more than just physical postures. I offer a holistic approach, weaving together meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and mindful movement to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Based in South Manchester, UK, I offer welcoming and accessible classes, both in person and online, designed to bring calm and presence to your day.
My own yoga journey began in my early 20s, and I was deeply impacted by a teacher whose classes incorporated grounding meditation, intention setting, and tension-relieving movement. These practices inspired me to deepen my practice and become a teacher. I qualified in 2024 and now guide others through purposeful movement, meditation, and breath work, helping them discover the peace and well-being I’ve experienced.

Yoga for Every Body: Welcoming all levels
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, focusing on building a foundation of stability, alignment, and grounding. Through meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, we’ll explore the practice together, with modifications offered to suit all levels and abilities. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I encourage you to move in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for your body
